KY Transportation Cabinet's State maintained and local road centerlines.

You will have to download all three files with .shp, .shx, and .dbf extensions to get one shapefile.

NOTE: You will find both a regular shapefile and a measured shapefile. The measured shapefile is for dynamic segmentation purposes. It will not contain all the attributes of a regular shapefile.
